The Institute offers a variety of programs including Policy programs which assist  leaders with diverse viewpoints and back grounds to deal more effectively with emerging challenges.  Community Education programs help communities to develop new and effective ways to promote youth achievement and other community needs. Cornerstone Projects  assist communities to promote lifelong learning, academics, the arts, health, and access to technology and media.

SEMINARS

The Executive Seminar, a values-based leadership development series focuses on how our ideas and values are shaped and their broader application to the leader's role in society. The Phoenix Seminar helps to define the qualities that determine effective leaders. The Genesis Seminars promote Youth Development and Family Leadership Skills in low-wealth communities. The Youth Development Seminar embraces the principle that helping all young people achieve their full potential is the best way to prevent them from becoming involved in risky behavior.
